Alex and the team are fantastic. My son attends the gym twice a week and we have seen a huge improvement in what he is able to do physically. The other aspect which is just as important and goes hand in hand - confidence. Breaking through that barrier then opens the door to the next physical milestone. Excellent place, brilliant staff.

Helpful and highly professional staff. Excellent private trainers. Good cardio options and free weights stations. Not super lux so not for posers but for people serious about making progress.

I have used this gym for years and never felt anything but very welcome here.
This gym literally nurses people back to health - including myself! It is a very well respected and knowledgeable establishment, with people who know what they're doing and care.
They have a lot of people who have neurological issues which use the gym and I think that is why day passes just aren't an option.
I have used many gyms in my life and I would never change!
Alex, Ed and the rest of the trainers are lifesavers. There's really not much else to be said.

I was on vacation near this gym, and decided to drive over with my girlfriend to get a nice workout in. In America, there’s such a thing as a ‘visitor’ or ‘guest’ pass for gyms. It’s made for people like us, who are not in the area permanently, but would like to workout for a few days and are willing to pay. We walked in and were greeted by absolutely no one. There was a scary looking female with purple hair looking at us from above, but no one at the counter and no one to be seen. Finally, a gentleman popped out from behind the back door. We politely explained our circumstances and were laughed at and turned down. Yes, the gentleman that apparently owns this establishment laughed at us and instead of letting us sign a waiver and allowing us to pay extra to workout, he laughed and turned us down. Mind you, NO ONE was working out at the time we came to the gym - it was completely empty. He mentioned to us that no gyms in the area allow visitors or guest passes, due to insurance purposes. Well, we quickly proved that statement false because within 10 minutes, we were happily greeted and welcomed at Runner Bean for 5 pounds per day. I have been greeted by many kind Brits, but this particular gentleman and this lacking establishment is absolutely nothing to write home about.

Amazing facilities at this Gym. Alex, Lee and the team are very professional, highly motivated and keen to teach you how to get fit and healthy. Wealth of knowledge and expertise to be found at this Gym. Highly recommend you book in!
