Filled in an econsult for my son at 830am and I was offered a face to face, same day appointment, after school which is the holy grail of GP appts. Saw Dr Clair Moring who was absolutely wonderful- very very thorough orthopaedic examination (comparable to those we have had at the RNOH!), lovely clear child friendly explanation and the consultation was very centered on my 12y old and v adolescent friendly. Many thanks and please do pass this on to her.

I contacted the GP surgery via online form and they swiftly booked in a phone call consultation with Clinical Pharmacist Kamini. She tried every possible way to help me with my Hypertension management. She attentively connected and listened to my concern and change the medication and booked me for an inperson appointment. Thank you everyone! Amila

I tried to book an appointment for my son today. They directed me to book an appointment with their other gp surgery miles away in other towns or go in a walk-in clinic because they don’t have available appointments. I asked the receptionist on the phone when is the first available appointment, he said they have none. Not even emergency appointments. It’s ridiculous and very concerning to let patients down on any level.
I think this is the time for me to change gp surgery for my family.

Where to begin? Registered in December, had a first call with Amanda Vacher from the MH team, she referred me to something I had already done, called again said it was done, called the referral service, they said they sent her an email on January 25 and waiting for a reply from her. Nothing no communication, called every Friday for the past 5 weeks, the receptionists always tell me they are passing the message, yet nothing no call back. Last Friday (February 21) they advised me to do a patient triage form again (I had already wasted 7 weeks for nothing and my health deterioring). I did, someone called me to confirm I have an appointment with Amanda on Tuesday 25th Feb, but that same day they're telling me they're actually not sure if she is still working ? So I've been told lies for the past 7 weeks. Tuesday 25 Feb waiting, I receive an email saying they have been trying to call me in vain. I call the practice immediately, I had not gone to work for this phone appointment, rhe receptionist on Tuesday 25th February seemed rather fed up and saying she doesn't know and that the person who was meant to call me is named Yufuoma igharha and that she was trying to find out and let me know but consequently they booked me for another phone call the next day at 11:30am. Wednesday 26th, I went to work and asked for the whole hour free to allow the time for the phone call, no one called me. 11:42am I call manor house practice, other receptionist tells me the manager EMMA is trying to find out as well where is Yufuoma igharha. I've not received any apologies nothing whatsoever. I asked to speak to the manager, got put on hold and eventually that receptionist hung up on me. Very nice. And then when fatal and tragic things will happen, they will ask what have they done wrong...

I've been here many times for myself and also with my toddler and the GPs have always been kind, patient and thorough with us.
On this occasion I would especially like to draw attention to the lovely administrator/receptionist Leigh who I spoke to on the telephone today. I needed some advice about prescriptions (non medical advice) and she took the time to patiently listen, was very helpful and had a lovely manner about her. It's such a credit to the surgery to have such a member of staff representing them and I'm grateful for her help and advice.

Our GP, Dr Varsani, has been excellent, she's been incredibly helpful in a difficult time for us. The reception staff are friendly and helpful as well, and we are very happy with the practice overall.

Manor View Practice have been my family’s GP for years now and we’ve always found it possible to get an appt when needed.

Quick idea for Callowland - site needs a sign that’s visible from the street and readable to both directions of traffic. Hard to spot behind the hedge.
