I’m a new patient here and I’m beyond impressed. The new online system is amazing, there are responses from a doctor within minutes. I had a blood test yesterday afternoon and received results and had treatment prescribed by 8am this morning. Everyone at the practise is lovely too, I even had a nurse offer to come and soothe my baby while I had my blood test!

My husband and I are fairly new to the practice. I have a lot of health issues and have been seen on many occasions at the practice plus telephone appointments. The reception team are always very helpful, caring and efficient. The Doctors are very caring, efficient and really put you at ease. I only have praise for everyone at the practice and feel reassured that I can always speak or see a Doctor when needed.

Without doubt the best GP practice we have used. We have moved around a lot and therefore registered and used many other GP practices, some have been fine and others terrible. Bourne Galletly Practice in comparison is fantastic. The nurses and doctors are polite and professional. Great with our very young children and myself who is needle-phobic. Had a minor surgery done here too, again happy to recommend as I felt very well cared for.
