Awful experience overall. I waited an hour for a five-minute check-up with no seats available, and speaking with the GP was just as bad. They were unhelpful and completely wasted my time. It feels like they'll let anyone become a GP these days.

Such a shame this medical getting worse and worse i had phone appointment made by system with a Gp and i phone up to confirm week early on the i have waited all day along and no phone call or any response i have lost one day at work not earning and what i got nothing. as per role of surgery if you late at appointment you wont be seen but other hand you some more 30 minutes and nothing and just word sorry im running late. Practice management need sort out that other i make this practice to shut down or run by honest and loyal person.

They removed me from surgery. I have to find other surgery. They said you missed appointments which were never booked. Completely pathetic . I talked with Asian receptionist and she was extremely rude. She couldn’t prove that I missed and obnoxious. They have no humanity. I wanna swear

I’d leave 0 stars if I could! My niece plucked up courage for weeks to go and speak to the GP (Dr Hasan) in confidence without a parent, she was belittled and made to feel worse coming out than what she did going in! Appalling service and will be speaking to the practice manager over this!

I have never had an issue with this doctors surgery. Staff are amazing. Especially a woman called thaira who works at the reception. She has always made me feel very comfortable when being spoken to x

Constantly messing up medication. Rude and disrespectful, you get treated the way you treat others. It's like a covenant of witchs. Just interested in how they can mess with people's health.

Have nothing but praise for the reception staff, all of them go out of their way to help when they can. However it is a struggle when an appointment is needed. Also needs to be something put in place where if medication is rejected the patient is notified

Called for an appointment Friday suffered all week with ear infection. No appointments and cannot have one Monday even though I am ill ,give me a number to call after 25 attempts gave up. End up going to the walk in centre Tameside and get ear drops and antibiotics for inner ear infection. How is it possible next week when there are 3 doctors which equate to 15 days of surgery but only 6 days are allocated between the three of them, that works out an average of two days per doctor for the week. No wonder we cannot get appointments it would be interesting to see how many patients are actually registered in this surgery against the average available working hours per week of the three doctors combined.
