Absolutely AMAZING !! Arrived from Kent with a corneal abrasion. I was triaged within 10 minutes of arriving then taken through to nurse HEATHER. What an absolutely ray of sunshine she is. Put me at ease straight away and was cracking jokes making me laugh from the second i saw her. She even drew me an eye on my patch ? Honestly cannot tell you how amazing she was. All of them infact, from triage nurses day one and two to reception staff and the wonderful nurse Heather. I can honestly say i have never been treated so well. Thank you Heather you truly are a wonderful nurse and lady. ❤️
