Podiatry service was awful. Must admit was a few minutes late for reasons beyond my control but was left feeling as if I had committed a major offence and in full view off everyone around they refused to see me. I have restricted mobility. I had tried to call but could not get through. Was told my appointment was triage only, I did not know this I thought I was there for treatment. All in all a very poor experience. Am now paying privately

After 7 months with an extremely painful toe. My doctor sent me to the Oak Tree centre Podiatrist. This young lady did something to my toenail, trimmed them checked them. Whatever she did within two days removed the months of pain completely. What an amazing visit.

Absolutely awful. Nobody seems to know what they're doing, one nurse even asked if I was a different person, then told me what they were due to have their appointment for. I was then told, after 45 minutes, I'd been in the wrong waiting area (after asking the front desk where I should be).

Up there for vaccine booster, traffic flow around the car parking is very congested when busy and it's always been fairly busy whenever I've been up there. Didn't visit any of the shops on site so can't comment on that regard.

Couldn't thank them enough. Staff is so lovely and helpful. Receptionists , dentist and the nurses! I am terrified of the dentist but they made me feel so comfortable. Thank you so much to everyone !
