If there was 0 they would get it. Communication is terrible, staff don't listen. Can't share accurate information between members. A shower of inadequacy. Broken and not bothered is the overall attitude. You might find one good doctor but it will take you 15 days to not get a call back, after a text to say there busy but will call.... and 6 weeks for a appointment for a debilitating issue.

Thank you to the LOVELIEST receptionist I just spoke to about my son. She was very helpful and kind both last week and today. This was very welcomed as it's a tough time with him in hospital at the moment. Thank you to the Doctors also. Great team !

Used to be the best practice! We've been registered with this practice for 15 years and it used to be AMAZING, so much so, that I would recommend them and tell people how brilliant they were.
The Doctors and practice staff are still fantastic, but since becoming part of the Riverport group the running and administration has really gone downhill and the communication is terrible.
It's such a pity.

Dreadful, phone queues, dreadful being 1st in the queue for 34 minutes until the practice closed. I'm a new patient, no registration for over a week, appalling, we are looking to avoid Riverport group surgeries like the plague.

I have 34 years working along side the NHS and experienced a great deal of primary care services .
So impressed with the urgency , efficiency and follow up of care given by Riverport Medical practice . The receptionist team are understanding , efficient and respectful . The HCP are accessible and supportive ?

Ever since this surgery has merged with the St Ives and Fenstanton surgery it's been nigh impossible for me to book appointments without taking time off of work.
You used to be able to book in advance, but now bookings open at 8am and 1pm. Morning appointments are useless if you work and afternoon apointments are fully booked if you don't call them within the first 10 minutes.

The only redeeming factor is that they offer phone appointments later in the day, but this doesn't help when yu need to be seen face to face.

This setup is only encouraging people to have to address multiple health problems/queries in one appointment because it's such a rarity that you can get one, which just makes it harder for the doctors keep the appointment within 10 minutes without sacrificing quality of support.

Before this merge I would have given the surgery 5 stars.

Having had no choice to move here since our dr retired at the church street surgery (who was amazing btw), it has been impossible to get an appointment. I have spoken with 2 different receptionist, both are rude and shouldn't be in a job dealing with the public. Rung yesterday for an appointment to be told they have nothing until the 2nd or 3rd week of February (which is is), yesterday was the 27th January. All I was told was to ring back at 8am the next day....can't get through....ring at 1pm....can't get through. Im hoping once covid is over they will change my opinion of them, but I'm not hopeful.

Brilliant service from pharmacist. I phoned (at 10.40) as I'd inexplicably mislaid my repeat prescription. The pharmacist asked if I was out of anything which I wasn't so she said she'd raise request. Got text at 12.43 to say ready to pick up. Thank you brilliant service.
