I'm not a person to leave a review,
I don't know what happened all most gp.
Doctors don't feel Patient pain , receptionist was rude she don't have to talk. Instead of arranging the appointment she Stick with one word come to GP and fill the complain form.

I'm sick last 3 month once I got appointment .
I request for appointment and got appointment on Thursday 27th June.
I don't know why they are not giving appointment over the phone, one line request very hard for me.
There is option for zero rating , they are deserving even 1 ⭐.

Dr Hasnain is a credit to that surgery. Explains everything to you so you understand also the next steps. Very rare to find a doctor that doesn't just fob you off.

Absolutely not surprised by the low rating. I’d give them no stars if I could.
My mum has been trying to get an appointment for months and months to the point where her health is deteriorating. They keep giving her links to make appointments , which is absolutely no use when you aren’t savvy with your smart phone. Why can’t they just make appointments over the phone.
We are moving her to dr sharmas and thankfully the process has been so much better from the get go

Zero stars Absolutely useless can not get to see a doctor as can not get appointment called up to make appointment to discuss my test results with a doctor at their request told to go online and fill out triage form after 7 attempts following various links from nhs to youtube and broken pathways I gave up and decided to go in person and request at the desk thinking this would be simple was told by a rude receptionist to go online and make appointment through the website as they don’t take appointments at the front desk why I asked we just don’t was the answer ffs this is the reason nhs is failing absolutely USELESS if everthing is done online then what is the point of a receptionist

Making an appointment with a doctor is simply unrealistic, my child needed an urgent appointment, I was on the phone from 8 am for a whole hour, while I was hanging on the line I managed to get to them, and the reception workers sat and just chatted, not a single person was there. The reception workers need to be taught how talking to people, I don’t even understand why they are there. Every appointment with the doctor is simply useless!!Thinnking to move to another GP practice!

I had an appointment today - 4 days I have high fever , chesty cough and sore throat, I can't eat anything for the last day, I feel sick from any food and medications (paracetamol and Lemsip). This information was provided to the doctor. His questions were - are you sneeze, is your nose blocked. The temperature was not measured . Prescribed medications . And what a surprise was when I bought medicines and read the instructions, it turned out that they were from allergies, which I had never had in my life. I have contacted the reception, they promised to call me back. After 4 hours waiting I came to the GP - the receptionist tried to convince me that the doctor knows better (even though we have 3 people in our family with the same symptoms as me) and I need take prescribed medication. According to “records” during appointment I had no temperature (which was not checked). When I asked so what temperature I hade during appointment - was no answer. Receptionist said that according to record i was not taking any medication this last days and it’s virus and doctor prescribed paracetamol and Lempsip? What a nonsense - so I have allergy or virus ? And final advice - I should go to the Walk in centre.
Very bad experience. My advice - check what doctors prescribe before taking any medication

Terrible doctors surgery. Even in non-peak hours, they take over 15 minutes to answer. They confirm a time on the phone, turn up at that time and told that it is 10 minutes prior so unable to have the appointment. Communication is shocking! Stilling waiting 4 weeks on for a child's blood test results! Would love to move surgery but none are taking on.

This place has always been pretty poor but I have called today for a same day appointment for my daughter and I was directed to the internet to make or attempt to make the appointment myself. I then got a text message to say 'your request will be reviewed within 2 working days'. So I take it same day appointments don't exist anymore? And that we ourselves are now doing the jobs of the receptionists?

This stupid idea is just going to put even more pressure on walk in centres, urgent care centres and A&E departments!! Another brain dead idea from god knows who!!
