My initial contact with Steve from YourTime Wellness was to seek guidance after some tough years from when my first husband passed away and the relationship with my present husband which was proving tricky.
Steve was able to build my trust in the initial visits which enabled me to look within myself as to what the cause of my relationship breakdown was.
I had said from day one that I was open and willing to explore my inner thoughts and reckonings and this allowed myself and Steve to quickly move forward and pinpoint my shortcomings.

When I first met Steve I was depressed , anxious doing a job I didn't enjoy and had grief of relatives passing, past relationships that were abusive, was in spiralling debt and dependencies that prevented me solving any issues that I couldn't make sense of.

6 months later I have a new job earning better money, have started on the path to university, have a new sense of self worth, control of my finances, have very little dependance and have begun repairing the relationships between my family that I ruined.

Steve changed my life his support helped me make sense of my issues and solve them one at a time with a clear set of achievable goals and path forward. The therapy I received is the only constant I had through this time and so the proof is in this there were no other changes in my life to help me with my situation just the therapy I received.
