The facilities here are absolutely disgusting. The floors are filthy, the toilets are never cleaned and the lockers have smelly old clothes in them from weeks ago. I saw a member of staff tick off the cleaning sheet without so much as picking up a mop. For the extremely high price you’d expect the facilities to at least be clean.

No well trained staff, asking us what to do. Generally the pool and changing rooms are not clean enough ( can’t look through on sauna’s glass , mess in changing rooms for long periods). Not keeping schedules for the pool. Many of them is more than just “not polite”, many of the staff is rude.

Small swimming pool, water has strange smell and teste, WCs are not clean and without toilet papers.

No cabinets to change our clothes.

They have some good facilities.. but the swimming pool is SO dirty. I doubt that they clean it very often at all. I went swimming there with my family, and we were all equally disappointed and disgusted. We also found used plasters In the pool while we were swimming. Even the changing rooms are dirty. The floors were very dirty, and so were the walls. I really hope that they’ve cleaned up.

What an absolute joke of a place! Cancelled classes, some of the staff are absolutely useless and can’t be bothered! Changing rooms are disgusting 🤢! Do not waste your money!!

It’s an absolute joke , they never clean that place, changing room go on for days without cleaning. Have reported to the reception few times but nothing is done. What a waste of money. It’s disgusting 🤮
