After suffering with weekly migraines for many years I found Dr Anna Smith and even after a couple of sessions of acupuncture I noticed a decrease in the regularity, six sessions completed and I haven’t had a migraine in weeks. Dr Smith is passionate about what she does and about imparting knowledge to ensure you are being mindful about your lifestyle as well as having the treatment.

I've seen Dr Anna Smith for eight acupuncture sessions, across a couple of months, to treat tennis elbow. The treatment has proved to be very successful in reducing tendon swelling and the associated pain of movement. Dr Smith is a very calming, kindly, and knowledgeable presence. There is a relaxed treatment room, in which you can lie back and forget about the fact several needles have been inserted. I definitely recommend and will return to Dr Smith if I ever require similar treatment in the future.

I have had treatment from Dr Anna Smith since the end of April, four sessions in all.
I had sprained my right knee after falling. Within a few hours the pain in my knee subsided enough to weight bear without limping.
The swelling also subsided within a couple of days. My friends and family could not believe the difference, neither could I.
I have recommended Anna to family and friends, and will continue to do so.
She has been a blessing to me as I am without pain after years of suffering with arthritis in that knee!

I went to Anna with tennis elbow (tendonitis) which had been troubling me for a while. A series of 6 acupuncture sessions has solved the problem completely. Anna's "wellness" approach is great, and you feel she has really geared the treatment to your personal needs. I really recommend her.

I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr Anna Smith both in her
capacity as a GP, and an Acupuncturist. I had suffered from undiagnosed polymyalgia since Christmas 2022 and bursitis in my right hip which left me with a lack of mobility and in awful pain. As someone who has always been fit and diet conscious, this came as a big suprise. Initially, I saw Anna for acupuncture on my hip which required about eight sessions and was very effective, but the undiagnosed poymyalgia got worse. As a GP she very quickly diagnosed it and provided an emergency prescription which gave me relief in hours. She is kind, professional and passionate. A real gem and 5 stars all day long.

Anna’s mind body sessions are very thorough and have definitely helped me with my pain issues. Anna is a very kind and patient person. She takes time to understand the problems. I previously had acupuncture sessions with her and I intend to have some more.
