Well if i needed to 100% would come back ?. I was pretty scared to begin with but the doctors really eased my fear. They were very calm and friendly. The procedure itself was very quick and painless. Even the local anaesthetic was barely detectable. I'm 4 days into the recovery and the result already looks pretty good. Followed to the point their aftercare procedure and had no complications. Their professionalism and calm behaviour alone deserve the 5 stars.

Save the headache and go do it somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible service, honestly wish I could turn back time and not have chosen this place.
Was told not to feed my little one 2 hours before surgery - the service was 1 hour behind.. so little one didn't drink for 3 hours now.
If you know the service is 1 hour behind, why couldn't you phone me and tell me that so we can better prepare ourselves ? Surely, if I'm running late, you'd expect me to call you and let you know.
No apology or anything when notified .. was just told you may be seen in an hour with an annoyed facial expression.
This is not NHS. WE are paying for everything, which includes good service.

The location is on the second floor - the lift is out of service, so be prepared to carry your Pram up.

Feel like I got robbed.
If you want a bad day and are willing to pay for it - look no further!

Took my son to be circumcised due to religious and hygiene beliefs however the service seemed reputable and had read the NHS and Care Quality reviews before taking my son.
Now due to the circumcision my son had a fever for 3 days he was taken to A&E and he had what I believed to be Sepsis.
I was very very angry and upset and disgusted of the end result and the unbelievable pain and discomfort he was in.
We was given a leaflet and the pain was described as minimal.
He is now recovering and on a strong course of antibiotics administered by A&E and routine GP appointments as follows.
I would just avoid at all costs it’s not worth seeing your child in distress and discomfort and severely unwell.

I took him back to Sunna clinic and was told there’s not an infection in which I discussed and disputed my son’s condition.
I found rusted dirty equipment on site I just pray they did not use that equipment on my son.

I came all the way this time from Southend Essex. This is my fourth son. Ihtesham was very kind and very welcoming with a smiling face. The doctor was very kind and extremely professional, he was calm, and made it look so easy and it took very less time to finish the procedure. Before the procedure, gave us the full information and guidance for before, during and after procedure. This is why we came again for my fourth son and had done my nephews circumcision in here as well. Very highly recommendation.

The process was explained well to us, the staff were very helpful and friendly to us before and after the procedure.
The two surgeons we had were excellent, very reassuring and kind to us as first time parents and they looked after our little boy the whole time.
They were friendly, compassionate and we were allowed to be with him throughout the procedure, assisting and caring for him while it took place so he wasn’t alone.

A special mention for the aftercare which is excellent and incredibly reassuring. Dr Howlader and his Team are wonderful and provide a much needed professional and supportive service.

All in all, an excellent service, efficient and we were well cared for throughout. Thank You All.

Extremely unprofessional! Totally hated the service as the guy there with glasses was rushing the hell out of me! My appointment was at 6:15, I was there by 6:16, he called us 10 times annoyingly to ask where are we, then we arrived he started moaning how come you live in London when you can’t plan things ahead? The doctor is about to leave blah blah! I mean sorry we are paying you for a service and we were there on time but still had the worst experience ever! Would never ever recommend this clinic!
