I have been using this pharmacy since it got taken over. Sadly to say today it was a big disappointment. When pharmacy does something wrong us patients brush off thinking of it as it’s our local, mistakes happen. Today I was suppose to return there BP machine early hours in the morning I spoke to a member off staff around 11am and explained the situation as I got called into work first thing in the morning. As no mobile use of phone apply to all I still took that call a was very apologetic also mentioned I finish work at 5.30pm I will drop after. I received multiple calls throughout the day regardless. The gentleman that deals with the BP machine called and I was able to take the call when I finished work was on repeat and did not take into consideration to what I had been trying to say. I got there as quick as I could having to pick up my autistic child on the way to drop of machine. I understand another patient needed the machine but was situation was out of my hand. Once I got there the lady pharmacist came out I spoke to her explaining the frustration and anxiety that the gentleman put me through having being apologetic he had the cheeks to stand there whilst I was talking, laughing with his head down. I questioned him what’s so funny? So unprofessional and I found that very rude. You don’t treat patients like that, i had gone out of my way to drop this of as it was my responsibility which wasn’t taken into consideration. Last week when I come in to take mine and my child’s second dose of antibiotics which was clearly very important and I was given my repeat proscription instead I had to take one hour of payed time from work to come and collect my antibiotics nobody there apologised to me then I still remained calm and thought of it as a mistake. Serious issues particular members of staff have there and it’s not fair for a patient to feel this way. I’ve had no choice but to mention all this as some staff there will go an extra mile.

One of the best pharmacies I've seen and I've been using for the past few years, service and advice is always the best.
Nice and spacious they also carry out many vaccines which would save you time from booking an appointment with GP.
Selection of lovely perfumes, soaps, healthy bars and sweets.
Place deserves 10 stars .

I've read the reviews and its not fair giving this pharmacy 1 or 2 stars.
They're hard working professionals who don't have 1 minute break, they are always busy.
I've been getting my medication monthly from them for years and they never disappointed me.
As for answering the phone i suggest you try to get hold of British Gas,Virgin Media,GPs, Hospital etc...
I wouldn't change this pharmacy for all the money in the world.

I got my ears pierced by Ashima. She was lovely ! So informative and patient. She took her time to make the markings in the right place till I was happy. Everything was sterile and the prices were really good. She finished off by explaining how to look after the piercings too. Amazing service. Thank you !

As someone who has used many different pharmacy services over the years, I can honestly say that this Pharmacy is head and shoulders above the rest. Every single member of staff is highly knowledgable and professional but personable and approachable. My GP practice is around the corner on Pollard Row, and these incredible people have always gone above and beyond to make my experience seamless and hassle free. I wouldn't only recommend using this pharmacy, I would personally recommend that you use them if you don't!
