I was having trouble sleeping and found I was getting anxious a lot. I decided to see Gemma at Shropshire wellness for some help, she was recommended to me by a friend. I had a course of reflexology. I was actually a little sceptical to begin with however Gemma is very knowledgeable and help me to understand how it works. Gemma is extremely professional , she was able to keep me at ease and answered all my questions making the process really enjoyable. Along with the reflexology Gemma gave me some exercises to do at home. After just 3 sessions I found I was sleeping much better and my anxiety was significantly reduced. I would highly recommend her services to anyone. I would recommend you try it before taking medication.

I've had a few treatments from Gemma and each time she has sorted me out. Can't recommended Gemma enough. She always listens to exactly what you want and makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk in through the door x

This lady comes highly recommended especially when I had sciatica, with the job that I do treatments from gemma definitely relieves the pain!
