It was wonderful to speak to Sabina at Well St. Surgery! I saw her right away and she was very attentive. I have seen doctors in the past for my asthma and they did not offer any remedies. Sabina was very helpful and discussed causes and possible triggers. She also prescribed me a new type of inhaler. She really listened and it seemed like she cared and really wanted to help me. Amazing experience.

Sabina Yasmin, the pharmacist called me today to review my medication. She had taken the time to review my medications carefully, and it showed in the confidence and clarity of her words. With each question I asked she responded patiently, explaining the benefits of my prescription. She reassured me that everything was on truck, checked my latest blood test results, and offered tips on how to get best results from the medication. It felt good to speak with someone so knowledgeable, who truly cared about my well being. I felt empowered, knowing that I was in good hands.

I found my experience very well balanced the doctor at well street surgery discussed all my medications with me and we talked about reducing my anti depressants which I agreed with. The doctor also arranged a blood test which I was able to have with my doctors appointment which was great as I didn’t have to wait for another appointment to do this and the nurse who did my blood test was excellent and very professional too.

Have had mostly good experiences here. Some very good doctors. Also has all the usual issues. Bookings and prescriptions are online only and it's hard to get appointments because you have to call at 8am and all the appointments are gone before 9am.

I received the message from GP on 3rd September said my referral for thyroid ultrasound was sent on 24th July and the Homerton radiology will call me within 2 weeks & now 2 and half months since I had referral still heard nothing. I ring back GP & they tell me must call hospital, I called hospital they checked& said I have no referral at all on the system & this situation exactly the same thing with my different referral few months ago… At the moment I suffer badly with my throat, I got choking very so often, and I need to check either I have under active or over active thyroid but they told me must wait for the results of ultrasound first. I am so disappointed with the way you guys dealing with the patients, hopefully our problems still can manageable afterwards otherwise what would be happened?And now I call Gp again they said they just make another referral. Hopefully I will get the appointment soon! So so fed up!

I’ve been a patient here for years and today’s experience with the nurse Raquel Cosra confirmed why. She had the most patient, kind and caring bedside manner when taking my bloods. Despite my completely irrational fear and crying, I wasn’t made to feel foolish and she didn’t rush me. A rare gem 🙂

I am extremely impressed & delighted with consultation with Dr Michael Alade. He is very pleasant and helpful doctor. I felt well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. He is very helpful nice manner and compassionate. My son has a graze on his arm and he was so kind to clean and put a plaster on his bruise before he started consultation. He is one the best doctor at well street surgery. He has been always professional and on point with treatments.
