New to the area and registered on the recommendation of a friend. Lovely reception staff, booked an appointment online quickly, excellent doctor - asked lots of questions, was interested in my general health as well as the specific thing I booked an appointment for. I am really pleased I registered with them.

We came in on a Friday just before closing. New patients with long list pf prescriptions which we needed asap. Couldn't believe how quickly the person on reception sorted us out, all the while radiating good humour, empathy and care.

Impossible to book an appointment with a Doctor! All kinds of lies and excuses! The standards of care of neaman practice has dropped sharply in the last 2 years, "diversity" communist language staff who hate their jobs especially European English /Jewish patients at the front of desk, always trying to push you over with phone calls instead of seeing an actual doctor.

Doctors arriving late and leaving the practice before their time. I asked to be transferred from the Islamic Spitalfields practice for the exact same behaviour, now neaman that was once an example to be followed, are becoming just as bad as Spitalfields practice. They have no respect for us tax payers, especially if you are White.

Unreliable clinic, the last thing you want when you want help with your health. Doctors are great. Everything else is NOT. Good luck trying to get an appointment that won't be cancelled/rescheduled on average about 3-4 times. It is the most unreliable GP I have been with. The other reviews are correct: consistent, rude behaviour from receptionists and very little help with getting appointment that won't be cancelled last minute.

I am 8 weeks pregnant and don't have an stable address anymore so I have tried everything to get my maternity care started for my 12 weeks scan appointment and I called this (my) GP for advice and the receptionist only told me they can't help me because I'm not living in the address I am registered with and hanged up on me because didn't know what else to say even after asking her manager, who didn't help either repeating they can't help me saying: "tell her to sort out her address". I will never forget this because I feel lost and vulnerable and I feel both of them have no heart and just washed their hands like I was not a patient of the practice anymore even though I'm still registered there. They should be trained to provide advice as this is not good for my mental and physical health as I also feel alone and devastated because my partner wanted me to abort as it was an unplanned pregnancy. So we have broken up. I'm trying to stay strong for my baby but it's hard when people like them don't know how to deal with a sensitive and difficult situation like mine at the moment. After crying a lot from frustration, I'll keep trying to contact citizens advice which I have been trying without success to reach for advice...

Update - I have been registered in this practice from 2018 until yesterday 19th February of this year 2024. I haven't needed it much but I always got appointments on time and the doctors and nurses were always polite and professional, the only issue as I mentioned on my previous paragraph is one of the receptionists who's careless and also one of the managers, I wish I new their names. They are working in a health care centre so should be trained to treat sensitive matters of patients in a more efficient way providing guidance and support.

Thanks to the doctor Thomas Ahad who called me today 20th of February to guide me and refer me to a hospital to start my prenatal care with a midwife as it was all I was asking and needing ? thanksl you so much!

After registering with the Neaman Practice a year ago, I have been so impressed by their service. Certainly the best GP practice I have come across. All of the doctors, healthcare assistants and receptionists I have been in contact with have been so professional, helpful and caring. The online request system works very well and makes life easier for someone working full time. Thank you so much for your help to all at the Neaman Practice!

A few good staff on reception, notably Lucy, as well as newcomers coming on board such as Georgia, to make up for some of the other shortcomings. But agree with review below; some on reception will attempt to make your life a misery if able, don't let them, learn to shake it off.

The real concern at this practice however lies with the clinical partners, one at least I know well and is competent, however both coercive in their approach.

I appreciate that it is their job to be tough, but individual circumstances should be respected, particularly when not doing so could lead to deleterious effects.

I also appreciate that some situations are difficult, and ensuring that the patient has all the information they need may be the best approach, over enforcement.

In my situation, I was lucky to find my own resolution, just in time, and admittedly this doctor did accommodate me to that point. I shudder to think where I might have been with my issue otherwise.

I am a new patient at this clinic and I wanted to give a big thank you for the service I have received. From the friendly receptionist, Ms Ramona who explained and helped me book my first appointment (for the next day!) to Dr Jyotika Simran Sood who took the time to speak to me and understand my needs and concerns. Thank you
