I attended the 2-hour Feel, Heal & Release workshop. Didn't get off to the best start because I overheard someone else in the group talking about locking the door. I asked Jamie about this and he replied that the doors would be locked once the workshop began (totally fair enough). I asked if the doors could be opened from the inside, wanting reassurance that I could get out if needed. I appreciate this is a specific individual anxiety and is my problem. However, I expected Jamie to show understanding to someone who is clearly anxious. For example, it would have really put me at ease if he'd have said 'don't worry you can easily open the door from the inside'. Instead he made me feel weird for asking the question. I did not feel reassured, I felt anxious. Although the workshop itself was good and has definitely sparked my interest in breathwork, I would not attend this one again because I just didn't feel safe. Of all places, I expect breath workshops to be trauma-informed and this just wasn't. Jamie does rather a lot of talking at the start and end of the session, which I'm sure suits some people, but for me this interfered with / distracted me from connecting to my body (particularly at the end when I just wanted to reflect on my experience).

After partaking in a retreat and an online breathwork session, I can say that Jamie and his team are not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, but they provide a warm, safe and friendly environment for all. I've now done quite a few breathwork classes and nobody else has managed to come close to bringing that sense of comfort and warmth to guided sessions. Thoroughly recommended

I did Jamies' breathwork zoom class recently. He is always so thorough in his explanations and the class was a lovely end to a Monday. Jamies' voice is so soothing, you feel like you're wrapped up in cotton wool. Love the breathing techniques and always feel so much better after a class with Jamie. Thanks as always Jamie!!

Jamie is a master at holding space in person and online. I have been to a number of his sessions and completed his online breathwork course. He has taught me a lot about the world of breath work and does it with such passion, authenticity and informed knowledge. The world of breathwork can feel a little confusing and Jamie helps to simplify it all. Couldn’t recommend him enough! His Instagram page is a good place to start.

Over the last couple of months I've attended a few of Jamie's in-person breathwork workshops and have done his 21-days of breathwork course.

Jamie is extremely knowledgeable about breathwork and shares the information in a digestible way. I've found it really easy to incorporate the practices he teaches in his course to my daily routine, and I can say it's made such a difference!

More importantly is that he creates safe & calming spaces that allow for a deeper connection within & with others (both online and in person).

The sessions are always beautifully built and his (incredible) soundtrack renders the experience all the more powerful.

I’m grateful that Jamie is generously offering free breathwork webinars. They are an excellent introduction to the theory of conscious connected breathing, allowing participants to practise the related skills and techniques in their own, personal, comfortable space. Jamie is brilliant at guiding us through the practice in a safe, reassuring, completely non-judgemental manner. I have also enjoyed working through Jamie’s ‘21 days of breathwork’ online course, which allowed me to practise in my own time, while providing the structure of a daily activity based on one of several breathwork techniques. His calm, soothing voice is a bonus!

Jamie is a Wizard! He's an expert guide and very relatable, which just relaxes you into the experience. Every session I've managed to do with him is profound.
