I recently joined Ocean Healthcare within the North Devon Branch…
I have had positive experiences so far! From the interview process I was advised exactly what was happening, step by step! Total support from the Ocean team. I have been in this industry for 40 years, and this is my first agency assignment.. Training is excellent, and detailed from a qualified tutor.
Even a quick phone call to check how I am, is so supportive and you feel like an important member of the Ocean family..

Vikki was great to deal with during the hiring and interview process and was always very attentive with whatever questions I had. The app system is very easy to use which is particularly handy when getting your time sheet signed at the end of a shift.

I’ve worked for Ocean about 4 months now and I truly wish I had done it years ago. The team are so supportive friendly and truly look after you. The girls in the office are just amazing. Charlotte is so so lovely and goes that extra mile to make sure I’m happy and getting the hours I need at the places I love to work at. Can’t recommend them enough.

Ocean healthcare is a great place to work I've been with them over 6years now enjoy every minute of it. you can choose when you want to work and where u want to work always had shifts going never short on hours. Staff are very supportive when u need help or a chat about anything. Charlotte is amazing always at the end of the phone if you ever need a chat ocean healthcare all the way they are supportive

I have worked for Ocean healthcare for 2 years and find them to be a great company to work for, the flexibility allows me to work around my family life and studying. There is an easy app to use which allows you to book in what shifts you choose to work when you want. I receive regular training and staff are always at the end of the telephone when you need them. I mainly deal with the amazing Charlotte from the Barnstable office who is always supportive and is happy to discuss suitable shifts for me.
