Amazing experience 🤩
I went there with my mum because she had to talk to one of the dentists about a possible implant procedure.
I was in the meantime waiting in the lobby. The staff were very kind, and offered me a drink while I was waiting. They were also very polite to us since we came inside, and until we were on our way back.

I have just completed my treatment at the new Alexandria clinic of the Dental Implant Centre.I had three molar implants installed and I could not be happier or more impressed!
The whole experience from beginning to end was first class. I was greeted on arrival by Dr Vik and his receptionist Simran in the most friendly fashion.
Once I explained what I wanted, Dr Vik described thoroughly what would be involved and what to expect. He continued this at well timed stages through the process, demonstrating progress through his state of the art equipment such as massive VDU and large scale X Ray.
He never hurried the treatment but ensured at every stage that bone recovery etc was perfect before progressing.
At times, he worked alone or where useful, was able to call on a team of associate dentists. At one point I had the benefit of a team of five friendly dentists working efficiently together like clockwork in their own specialisms. It was a privilege to receive such expertise and always with care, kindness and friendliness.
I was completely relaxed and confident under his care.
The Alexandria branch,by good chance, had just opened when I decided to find a suitable practice. I feel so fortunate to have found it at the right time.
Three days after full completion, the implants now feel like my original teeth with no trace of discomfort. I am also fully reassured by Dr Vik’s invitation to contact him if I later have any queries.
The service,skill and commitment were outstanding.
I recommend this practice fully and encourage anyone interested to drop in for an informal chat.

Horrific service, no one knows what the are doing, don't listen to patients went with broken tooth to be removed 3 appointments later I still have broken tooth (only issue) and no one seems to be able to say when they can remove it. Absolutely horrendous zero patient care only interested in money avoid at all cost!!

What can I say no words can describe how happy I am, from the first email I sent to enquire it has been nothing but 5 star.
I needed full upper implants and a few on bottom, also removal of a very large cyst.
Vikas was and still is at the other end of phone, the whole team are just amazing and Avik no words again can express how fantastic he was the whole team in the practice 5 Star !! A special thank you to Kiera who works in practice and was at my side whole time and Vikas wife who gave me support when I was getting very nervous. Roll on March when I get my forever teeth in as at present in the healing stage which Darren who made the temporary teeth gosh if this is temp cannot wait to see the real ones Darren also was 5 Star.
