I have attended a few mindfulness classes at The Natural Health Hub and have to admit, I start to relax the moment I cross the hub's threshold! I feel like none of my day to day hassles or stresses can get to me there, I can really unwind and rejuvenate. It's such a lovely, calming environment, a secret little sanctuary. Everyone would benefit from some time in The Natural Health Hub, they offer so many different complementary therapies, treatments and great classes there's something for everyone. Like many, my life is a juggle so learning mindfulness techniques is a really good way for me to focus and appreciate the moment. I would recommend Sue's hub to anyone.

I've been to the Natural Health Hub several times now for a Sound Bath. Whilst perhaps a little unsure what to expect at first, I now look forward to getting my next treatment booked up...I'm a total convert! Sue at The Natural Health Hub is amazing, always there to listen and offer advice. Sonja who takes the Sound Bath is simply fabulous, I've never felt so relaxed and recharged. That hour of total peace and bliss allows me to forget the stress of juggling work and home life and completely switch off and take some time for myself. Can't wait for the next one! Naturopathic Nutrition Treatment - I decided to investigate my nutritional needs after conflicting allergy tests under the NHS and to see if what I’m eating is affecting my eczema. With the aid of a hair follicle DNA test, we were able to discover what my body needs along with some surprising results. Rhi at the Natural Health Hub was amazing at recommending alternative foods that would help me live a better life along with some great life strategies to improve my mental wellbeing too. I absolutely could not recommend The Natural Health Hub more, we are so lucky to have a natural, complementary, holistic centre like this in Lymington.

Last year, I was sick for pretty much all of it suffering from severe inflammation.

Some of the treatments I have utilised to support my recovery at the Hub are Naturopathic nutrition with hair analysis, NIS (neurological integration system), homeopathy and AromaTouch.

What a fantastic array of wonderful, expert, professional and qualified experienced therapists all under one roof!

Had a session of reflexology. Very good. Came out with lots of advice. Will go back. Only comment would be that we could hear voices in reception which detract from experience but would recommend treatment.
