A beautiful beach with sand, stunning views out to the sea fort, and an abandoned church that dates back to the 1200s. Ample parking leads to a great cafe with clean and tidy free toilets. When the breeze picked up we retreated to the car and just sat and watched the world go by. So relaxing. Much loved by dogs based on the number we saw being walked on the beach.

Nice car park behind the sand dunes with a short walk to the beach. The beach has the remains if St Helen’s church as well as a cafe and toilets. Free parking for national trust members.

Nice to visit and see. Not much there but it has nice views and a little bit of history. There are benches next to it so you can sit down and take in the views. There is a car park right next to it too so easy to access for a quick stop by. Worth a visit if you're in the area anyway.
