I first went to see Beth last year with fluid on the knee joints, she soon had diagnosed the problem and massaged away the fluid, given me exercises to do and told me to drink plenty fluid.
I have long suffered with back pain due to forty years of lifting weights for work, I asked her to look at my lower back. Beth again found the problem quickly and started another programme of massage and exercises to help. Beth sent me to an osteopath to check the alignment of my spine as she was concerned about my posture, I have continued with regular visits and my back is now better than it has been for years! I can continue to do what I want to as regards mobility at 70.
To sum up Beth is a consummate professional, her anatomy knowledge is spot on and the pre-treatment consultations are more like a conversation with a friend, but always on point,
She is the best practitioner that I have used and I thoroughly recommend her.

As a regular gym goer I pick up niggles and small injuries and Beth regularly helps me to overcome these injuries so that I can get back to training.
She has excellent anatomy knowledge and is very professional and always gets me out of pain and back down the gym, and she’s affordable too!

I would fully recommend Beth for sports massage and taping!
