the staff were all lovely and really helpful and i had a very positive experience their, in terms of medication it was easily 10 times faster to be able to get sorted with the best medication for you because, for me, the side effects of the medication my mental health issue required have always been very severe.

Night staff were All asleep, despite having a special obs patient to watch.
I informed the staff manager, who told me to write an official report,,,
But I will Not, because it will be in my notes, and I will be treated worse than before.

I would put a -0 star rating if I could, some of the staff are lovely and actually help you, but most of the staff are absolutely atrocious and don't care WHATSOEVER about patients well beings as I was treated so badly as was a friend/patient that I was inside with at the time. Disgusting clinic and would not recommend at all.

I am currently staying here under section 2 and I am shocked at the pure neglect and controlling nature of the staff here.
They do not care for the safety of the patients here. I do not feel safe in this environment.
