I highly rate this surgery. After being registered at this practice for 48 years I cannot fault them. Anytime I have been ill I have received excellent treatment and advice.I have complete trust in the Doctors / Practitioners and reception staff.I needed an emergency appointment this week and got appointment the same morning . I also never have any problems with the high volume of repeat prescriptions that members of my family require.
Definitely deserve 5 star review.

Fantastic practice. All staff are so helpful. Phoned at 8am with an issue, triage nurse phoned back at 8.40am and had prescription late afternoon. Very great service.

Was in with my 6 year old, the GP raised his voice to me, then physically pushed me, from the get go his attitude stunk have seen him before and he was very polite, as I left the surgery he follows me and came nose to nose with me Infront of a child. I have contacted the police as the surgery has cameras and witnesses inside and out, not the way anyone should act but for a "Doctor" his name DR Peter Paton, I do not want to that the rest of the doctors with the same brush, but females younger and older people I would go to see this GP with as could have gotten serious I feel if I had not walked away. The police and relevant agencies will be contacted.

I hate phoning here for an appointment as its an utter nightmare. I find one of the receptionists the most awkward downright rude nasty person and usually has me in tears by the time I am finished . Even ordering meds online , i have had life saving insulin cancelled and been left going to pharmacy and begging for some. Now pandemic is over I hope to change surgery soon

Apart from the lack of parking, the grubby and depressing interior (with uncomfortable seating), I have always found the receptionist(s) arrogant and rude.

Try getting through on the ‘phone - forget it. They have the cheek to now put a graphic in their window saying “Friendly Practice” - what a joke.

The start time of 730am is wrong. It said the surgery is now closed. Please amend it so no one else will call you at 730 am hoping to get an appointment
