Looks like have problems with my diabetes. The practice nurse was very helpful in taking repeat blood samples. Waiting to see what the new samples reveal. Very satisfied with the appointment.

I rang first thing to request an appointment with a GP. Greeted by a very polite helpful member of staff who asked my personal details and a brief description of my medical issue. An appointment was made for later that day. I saw a doctor at Fusehill Medical Practice. He asked a lot of questions and was very thorough when examining me. Advice and medication were given, with the reassurance if no better after the course of medication, to get back in touch.

Awful service. I was lectured to have a doctor's appointment by the nurse of which I already have done. Locum doctors not leaving notes in file. I've been ill for 2+ weeks and still not being treated for d and v. Nurse not friendly and despite me telling them I have seen a doctor....no notes. No compassion. Not safe. Not effective. Not caring. Not responsive. Not well-led. Avoid this service. Hopefully I'll get help from 111 or the hospital. Waste of NHS resources but I'd like to live.

I have just spoken with a receptionist and requested an appointment, she didn't ask my date of birth or name or what the problem is/was, I was just told there are no appointments, what kind of signposting is that. The receptionist needs some serious training..absolutely disgusting.

Doesn't even deserve one star to be honest. I made an appointment to be seen at 2pm Went there waited till 2:45 for them to tell me the appointment was made by mistake and the Doctor they booked me in with wasn't actually working that day. I got an appointment for the next day. The most horrible experience I've ever had with a GP.

At the beginning of the appointment Dr. Azebi asked me who I was being seen with and I said my partner (we are both women) dr. Azebi made a disapproving facial expression which I feel set the tone for the whole appointment and made both me and my partner really uncomfortable.

Dr.Azebi Was absolutely dismissive to all my symptoms, made it seem as if my pain isn't bad and told me to "push through the pain". I tried to tell her that one of my symptoms was a fever and she stopped me mid sentence to tell me she doesn't have time for that as she only has 10mins and I should make a separate appointment for this.

There was barely any examination done apart from her pressing on my arm. No blood pressure etc.. Dr. Azebi also did more typing than listening. I misheard her at one point as she was mumbling under her breath and as I asked her to repeat herself she laughed ironically and said "never mind".

On my NHS GP record she put a completely different issue than what was discussed during the appointment. I am not sure who gave her the licence to practice but it's ridiculous.

I can understand that the NHS is under stress with the lack of GP's but this is a horrible way to treat a patient.
