I have been to Hawks over a few months to fix an elbow / tricep injury I had, it was bothering me for months prior and I thought time would fix it but it was only getting worse with time, I was focusing on strength training at the gym and it was really holding me back and I was getting frustrated with the pain, I’ve never personally used physio before this and was worried about the effectiveness, however I couldn’t recommend it enough. First time I met Ben he was really happy and chatty, he seemed very knowledgeable and gave me advice for my gym routine and worked on deep tissue, within a few sessions I noticed improvement and now I have zero issue with my elbow. I was that impressed I started to take my Mrs so see Ben. She had previously been going to a different physio as she had been suffering with neck pain for years. Because he is so knowledgeable about his field he instantly started to get to the route causes of her pain and he worked with my Mrs for a few sessions and now the pain in her neck is minimal if not gone. I would highly recommend Ben and his team!

I compete for Great Britain in the marathon and I have recently come off the Olympic marathon. Ben was so accommodating in getting me back to full recovery after a very gruelling marathon. He is amazing at what he does, but it goes far beyond giving great treatment.. He fully gets to know you and understand your needs.
