Very rude male nurse was on 2nd Sep 2024! You should treat patients with the same respect when they gave you. When He asked my 12s boy if he need paracetamol, I replied “ he didnt feel any pain” he suddenly raised his voice interrupted me ” I’m not asking you! I’m asking him!” I was shocked.
* A person with parental responsibility must have the capacity to give consent by law.* when children under 16s is to receive treatment.
Are you the qualified nurse?

Handsome black fellow at front desk was extremely helpful and had a wonderful smile. Stuff like that makes the experience bearable. Unhappy with the waiting, but happy with the service!

What you find here. Will certainly depends on luck. Currently, however the staff are overwhelmed, and being in an overheated, crowded little room is worse than the issue my GP insisted I came here for. The PRU is larger and better equipped to handle a rush, given the choice.

This was the little cafe right next to the GP HUB onsite at the Beckenham Urgent-care walk-in centre. I was impressed with the choice of freshly pressed juices, I didn't order one but not something you see often.
They do Paninis, Ciabatta and a choice of sweet cakes/bars, etc. There is a seating area and an outdoor space for fresh air.

Went in today as an emergency with my 9months old (as my local gp had no app as usual…) she was seen n examined within 30min, very quick and efficient set up, I do realise we may have been lucky as maybe it was not as busy however doctor examining my daughter checked her properly and thoroughly which reassured me a lot! So happy to know there are close by in case my local clinic has no appointments, especially when you have a small child

I have been waiting here for 2 hrs with my daughter. She cut of the tip of her finger so needs a dressing. We haven’t been given anything to help with the bleeding just the tissue we came in with (I obviously got more myself). She needs to have a dressing which would take 20mins maximum so I don’t understand why we have been waiting 2hrs. They are seeing people in vey half an hr. There’s 3/4 doctors. I wonder how much longer we will be here waiting.

Sprained my ankle a week ago losing my footing. 7 days later shockingly I went down again and sprain my second one, staff were fantastic ( went to kings with the first sprain) did an X-ray explained aftercare and even went so far as to recommend physio as doctor suspects hyper-mobility being the reason for the sprains. I came in feeling very stupid, upset and clumsy left with a possible explanation. Seen within an hour and 20 minutes also, outstanding services and a caring team!!
