A waste of my time. Every time I need to get antibiotics they don't have them in stock and I have to wait 2 days to get them. By the time I get them the situation has gotten worse.

I dread having to collect my monthly prescription from here. Today there were four staff in there but only one serving and six people queuing. I was lucky this time to be second in the queue but still it took 10 minutes to acquire my prescription which was ready hanging up.
This I'm afraid is par for the course. Surely, if there are customers waiting, one of the other three could come and serve!

THIS IS THE WORST CHEMIST IT HAS BEEN MY MYSFORTUNE TO HAVE TO USE. THEY HAVE NEVER GOT ALL THE MEDICATION I HAVE BEEN PR4SCRIBED AND I HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE GP AND GET ANOTHER PRESCRIPTION FOR THE MISSING ITEMS AND GO ELSEWHERE

Horrid bunch of women, quite happy to send you back and forth to the doctor while laughing at you. Delayed me getting medicine that seriously affects my health because they were on a power trip. Openly laughing at customers while they wait

19th of August my mother prescription came to you,and then delivered to her as she is housebound,
When she got it she found it was short of an item,rang you and you told her it was on the van to be delivered today,it hadn't come so she rings back to see where it is and gets told she will now have to wait for the next delivery in September!!! Not great service and shes been lied to

Always have to wait. Either stock not arrived or not enough in stock. So you have to return and wait again. Staff friendly.
