We had a lovely day here and we were the businesses first proposal ?❤️

They were super helpful with organising this and ensured it was the most special day for the both of us.

The facilities were lovely, we enjoyed the infrared sauna & jacuzzi to start. Then had lovely full body massages with Sally & Tallulah. Enjoyed some time in the relaxation room with a cuppa and massage chair before finishing our day in the open area with our delicious afternoon tea.

Amazing, would highly recommend and we will both be returning! ?

Honestly, a warm and welcoming place to attend..the relaxation room is just the beginning of the 5* treatment. I have interacted with most of the staff and all have been kind, caring and friends. I mostly see Julie who is always friendly and takes the time to listen to what I like (I'm very much do it how you like, you're in charge) but she notices what I am most comfortable/most enjoy and includes this.

We would highly recommend The Bay Wellbeing Sanctuary. They have been very flexible and supportive. The facilities are very clean, tidy and spacious. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff are very friendly and professional and made us feel very welcome. They go above and beyond to accommodate us. The atmosphere is very relaxing. We really enjoy our time here.

I love everything about The Bay! A real little haven that allows you to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. As soon as I walk through the door I am immediately relaxed and that's all down to the attention to detail aesthetically and the caring nature of staff.
The hot tub and sauna are fantastic, it feels like it's in its own little air b&b! Immaculately clean areas too. Facials and massages are a firm favourite too!

I had such a wonderful experience at The Bay Wellbeing Sanctuary. The decor is beautiful and we felt instantly relaxed on arrival.
Sally and her team are clearly experienced and so attentive in making sure all visitors have the best possible experience.
The spa and relaxation area is such a beautiful space and completely unique. Treatments were amazing!
I would definitely recommend to all. Get away from all the crazy hustle and bustle and find peace in Thorpe Bay!

My lady surprised me with a spa & relaxation experience just before my birthday. She done similar before with a colleague as a leaving present prior to them leaving for a new job.

We were greeted warmly by the 2 owners upon entry as we were then escorted to the cosy spa room wherein we had full use & privacy. This is not a large gymnasium sauna, rather it is a single occupancy space for hire

A smartly decorated room containing shower, infrared sauna & indoor hot tub with jets is what welcomed us upon changing. Ambient spa music, water dispenser & premium furnishings add to the atmosphere.

A thoroughly relaxing & exhausting way to while away some time of an afternoon. Sauna, shower followed by hot tub with both jet programmes running at full chat did a lot to relax us and space us out.

This place is truly a sanctuary, from the moment you step in the doors every member of staff is so incredibly warm & kind, special mention to Reece & Sally they are just so welcoming & explain everything in great detail, nothing is too much. I have used the relaxation room, sauna & spa a few times now & with a couple of different people who were also blown away by the service & spa experience. Will absolutely be visiting again & again. Highly recommend

My mrs surprised me with the spa jacuzzi and infrared sauna package for my birthday. It was absolutely brilliant. The staff are so helpful and friendly and it was very relaxing. We will definitely be coming back. I would give this 6 stars if that was an option!
