I attended a Professionals Networking lunch today. On entering the Home today, I was greeted by very warm and helpful staff, and the reception lounge reminded me of the five star hotels I regularly frequent. The residents all looked very happy and we were lucky to be able to sit in the wonderful gardens. The General Manager made a point of introducing himself, and was very warm and friendly. If I am lucky enough to be invited again I would definitely go. A special mention to Sharon Ward who invited me.

I attended an networking lunch and was impressed by the experience!
The venue is excellent; we had a warm, and professional, welcome, including meeting the new manager. The food, and coffee, was high quality and the we got to enjoy the garden, which is beautiful.

I didn't realise there were so many community events, alongside the residential accomodation services they provide, and I will not hesitate to return to, or recommend, Hazel Lodge!

I attended a business networking event today and it was great to see inside the care home. It has fantastic facilities and very professional staff. The overall appearance and atmosphere is superb and doesn’t feel like a traditional care home. Great food as well.

I had the pleasure of attending a professionals networking lunch. The welcome was warm and friendly. I was impressed with the lovely facilities and beautiful gardens. The chef had made an outstanding spread thank you for a warm and professional welcome.

My mum recently stayed at Hazel Lodge for 2 weeks respite, she has dementia and didn't want to go at all, the staff were brilliant with her, giving her constant reassurance.
It is an extremely hard decision to make when looking for care for a vulnerable loved one and trusting them with that person's care .
Staff are so caring and really do do the best for clients I would recommend Hazel Lodge without hesitation.

Entering Hazel Lodge is like walking into a 5 star hotel. A peaceful, relaxed interior, with thoughtful care and attention given to decoration and comfortable outside areas.

Recently visited Hazel Lodge in Battle. Immediate warm welcome, and smiles by staff, lovely calm and relaxed atmosphere. You would not think you were entering a care home with all the necessary facilities. More a small boutique hotel, somewhere you would feel happy for any loved one to be looked after and cared for; be it for short recuperation or long term stay. Modern and comfortable furnishings and up to date equipment, a real home from home. I met kind professional staff who care and look after elderly residents. Lots of interesting and creative events organised to for all to join in or watch. Really lovely to see and certainly a home I would be happy for my mother or others to be.

I attended a business networking meeting at this lovely premises. It was easy to find, the staff were very welcoming and the event went off well in a beautiful and peaceful setting. I was particularly impressed by the garden area created and managed by the residents.
