I’ve just had the full body cryotherapy session and lost a total of 19cm. This place is lovely and Rebecca made me feel really welcome and at ease. The treatment was explained fully and was very relaxing too. This is a fabulous treatment. So glad I took the plunge!

Visiting the centre just by dropping in, Rebecca, who seems a remarkable, kind and wise person, found me an appointment to fit in with a very tight schedule. The back and neck massage I had was a birthday present and turned out to be one of the best ever, I felt relaxed, free of tension and slept beautifully that night, Thank you.
