My experience at The Rest Nest was unlike any other and I left feeling content, calm and emotionally lighter. Lou has an amazingly intuitive approach and took time to understand what I needed so she could tailor the massage to my specific needs. I loved all the delicious sensory elements of the experience, from the incense and oils to home grown verbena tea and the sounds of her home made drum. I'm still feeling the effects days later!

I had a blissful afternoon of tailored treatments with Lou. This included a cacao ceremony centred around the beautiful phases of womanhood cards which gave me time to chat and reflect/offload; a wonderful massage which released a lot of physical and emotional tension plus some shaking work where my body let go of pent up energy, particularly in my hips. I felt safe, supported, relaxed and truly seen/heard by Lou who has a very empathetic and healing approach and fantastic insight. The environment felt inviting, warm and like a soothing sanctuary. I left feeling rested, lighter and happier in my body and mind. I would highly recommend Lou and her fabulous treatments, it was a beautiful experience x

I felt deeply held in Lou’s space and lovely touches of the lemon verbena tea on arrival and offer of dark chocolate to open up the space. It felt very ceremonial. Excellent , intuitive massage. Rested and revitalized at the Rest Nest!
I have previously attended a fantastic rest retreat in the New Forest that was organised by Lou. I was so excited when she started offering massages, and I was not disappointed! I had The Quickie over lunch time and Lou was fab...perfect pressure, and very connected to what areas needed focus. We had a lovely chat before the massage about what I wanted and I got to choose my oil scent, too. Definitely recommend if you fancy some time out of the daily grind or to pamper yourself. Booked a one and a half hour massage which included breath work. Lou came to my house, She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. My intention was to feel Calm and peace and this was achieved. I would highly recommend if anyone is looking for any treatments outside of just massage she has an amazing array of holistic treatments. I will book another session asap!
