Our experience was not great. Our cat had an infected bite come abcess which had burst. Anti biotic oral prescribed and painkillers which we didnt feel our cat needed. Would have been better if the vet had administered an introvenous anti biotic for starters but this was not offered. Not too happy with a heayy bill for medication not required and another unpallitable one which we were told would be. Will look for another vet.

Sadly my elderly dog become very unwell very quickly, Lara the vet was so caring and professional throughout the last few weeks in my dogs life, Lara called me weekly to check in on how my dog was doing, pain killers no longer helped and my dog become very sick and I knew it was time to put her down, it was the most upsetting thing I have ever had to do, but I knew it was only fair. Without Lara there I do not think I would have coped as well as I did, I collected my dogs ashes today and staff were so friendly and handed me a beautiful bag with my dogs remains inside, they said sorry for your loss and I left. I just felt the need to write a review as it was such lovely service from start to finish. Such a wonderful team x

My 11 month old bull terrier Pearl has had a few issues with teeth and a growth on her neck and I can't thank companion care enough. The treatment she receives from Michaela and Warwick is outstanding. Trust is so important and the fact that Pearl loves going to the vets tells me everything I need to know. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Also helps that the receptionist are so friendly and professional and Pearl loves seeing them all

This practice is amazing. It's nice that you often get to see a vet you know. I find most of the vets are great with my ASD and take extra time to explain their work and the options, pros and cons. Mikaela is amazing with teeth extraction and has bonded with my dog who hasn't always found vets acceptable company. Removing a dog canine tooth takes skill and Mikaela also took a pre-molar. She truly cares and that is priceless. The receptionist do an amazing job and use their initiative so well to decide when it's just me stressing or when it's an infection that can't wait.

I rescued a cat who has sadly been incredibly sickly for the first year of his life. From being born with an umbilical hernia that strangulated to having a blocked bladder.

Not only have they saved my cat multiple times, they were so kind, so caring with me.

From the amazing reception staff who are patient, kind, and caring to the nurses and the vets who put your animals needs first, explain everything to you clearly and are always available.

I booked an appointment by phone and the Receptionist at Companion Care was professional and friendly. She encouraged me to book a longer appointment as my sweet dog was probably being put to sleep. It was a very sad and emotional experience for me but for my dog it was a calm and gentle time with lots of cuddles. There was no rush and everyone was so thoughtful and respectful. My dog was sedated first so he was fully relaxed and I stroked and talked to him throughout. The staff cuddled my dog after he was put to rest. They made a difficult situation so much more bearable. Jade is a wonderful Vet and Emma at reception was really kind too. I am so grateful to Companion Care for their compassion and excellent care.
