I never do google reviews but on this occasion credit where credit is due. I was referred here by my dentist for an extraction. I am a very nervous dental patient but the treatment I received by Dr Shah was amazing. He was so calm and put me at ease straight away, the extraction took less than 10 mins. I am extremely grateful, thank you.

Not quite sure the guys name who I saw but they were brilliant with me. Needed an extraction via nhs and I was very, VERY nervous due to a bad experience with my previous dentist a few years ago. The guy was really understanding and put with me being a melt and took his time. Thankyou very much🙏🏻

Needed an emergency tooth extraction after my previous dentist made a hash of it, I wasn't registered but they said they'd see me the same day.

The staff were brilliant and the dentist made me feel very at ease whilst he worked away (Huge phobia of dentists in general.) No more than 5 minutes after the anaesthetic kicked in was the problem tooth out and I was on my way.

So happy that I called them and will be a lot more confident going to them from now on compared to my old dentist.

My brother had wisdom tooth taken out , he was in agony for 6 weeks !!!
Daughter went today for a filling when she came home she said there was something sore on her cheek and a substance . Her skin had 2 small sore looking spots, looks like a substance had dropped on there and she said whilst the woman was doing her filling she was on her phone about her cooker being installed !!!!
I won't be going there !!

I had a very bad experience. The dentist that removed one of my teeth has no compassion and very careless. She was totally unprofessional!!! Firstly she told me to lay down, then went in with the injections, didn't even rub a paste to numb my Gums at all! Went out for a bit to call an assistant, who didn't even do anything, and all the while she was removing my tooth, she kept asking me if I was breathing. SERIOUSLY! Now that made me nervous! My whole experience was quite painful. After three days, my face still looked slightly swollen from the injections.
I don't recommend anyone going there for an extraction. I should've got her name. Hopefully someone does and reports her unprofessionalism.

I always hated dentists and never went for years....suddenly had no choice as was in extreme pain.....I wasn't registered with pure dental but they got me in the same day.....Dr Poul is the kindest, caring dentist ever. He made me feel extremely comfortable and took me out of pain immediately. I have been back a few times for continuous work and had less and less fear each time. I even had some treatment without anaesthetic .....this man is a genius....
As for the rest of the team....as you walk through the door, you are greeted with smiles and a cheery, enthusiastic hello....its usually Lorna when I go. She is so lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Any questions, she will answer, and if she is unsure, she will always go and check.
I have noticed that all the staff, receptionists, dental nurses, and dentists treat their patients with the utmost respect. This dentist practice is not about making money. They genuinely care about their patients and the care they give.
