I started seeing Usha about 6 weeks ago after suffering a herniation disc, she has transformed my recovery with acupuncture & osteopathy. Always polite, clean room, explains how the treatment helps and also provides stretches to do at home.

I've been seeing Usha for a number of years for various issues - hip and back problems in particular. Like most of us who sit at a desk all week and then over-do it at the weekends, Usha has provided fantastic treatment for all of my various ailments. I had a particularly bad back issue last summer and the treatment she gave me on the day of the incident provided instant relief. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

There are lots of different "flavours" of osteopath. I've tried the gentle massage type, but found that it takes too long, so now go to Usha whenever I have pain. My wife, in contrast, uses Usha's colleague, whose much gentler approach suits her particular chronic back problem.
Usha prefers the more direct approach and uses her elbows to get right to the heart of the problem. It's amazingly effective. I've had crippling backache removed in 3-4 sessions, and most of the sharp pains taken away in just 40 minutes.
Whichever route you choose, honestly, it is money well spent, and I always find the experience a positive one. Usha's very friendly too!
