I have been attending Julie Gamble's Skin & Beauty clinic for a number of years now. I've enjoyed many of their services from manicures, massages, waxing, facials to name a few. Charlotte did my wedding preparation/pamper and makeup in 2016.

This is the only salon that I truly trust; the staff have extensive knowledge of the products and services available and are always ready to listen and advise.

Easy appointments, welcoming and talented staff, in a professional yet relaxed and calming environment.

I can't make for lockdown to be over - I will be back in touch for more pampering appointments!

I love going to Julie Gamble for facials and eyebrow treatments. You get a high quality service for reasonable prices. The staff are lovely from the moment you get into reception and they always do a great job. Such a shame they’ve been shut due to covid because it always felt very clean anyway!

Have had several here myself from nails to massages and go as often as personal finances allow. For me, the massages are a must for a much needed pamper treat!

I highly recommend Julie and her team. My experience rating is on Gel Nails and Dermelogica Pro Peel .Sometimes looking to check a service on review I wish people could could really break it down give a overall experience/product and outcome in detail. So long post but you should see why its worth going to Julie Gambles ,my experience there has really brought home why a good review if worth writing up .

Its a bit unique for our town to have a facial specialist you would normally expect in a more affluent location or London it looks and feels special on arrival .I have been coming here for years off and on for my 💅 mainly special occasions and have had the pleasure to been seen by Jenny (pre children) and Charlotte same.My nails always look precise /even French polish and last a good while if cared for and always a warm friendly chat over treatment.

In 2019 started to experience lumpy blind spots under my skin and no matter how i cared for my skin I couldn't shift them,having always exercised,eaten healthy, moisturised daily this was a first for me and realised natural aging hormones were the difference. I was given advice on this by charlotte over nails treatment and went on to have Pro peel sessions x 6 with Robyn mainly and Ula, as they were fully trained on this treatment process. I really connected with both and their Knowledge shines through.especially Robyn (my main bulk of sessions)due regular appointments I really felt confident.The treatment itself was started on a 2 weekly peel gradually stretching to 3 weeks ,then 4 and so on until I actually had no spots and my skin had reached its peak quality when no further treatment would have benefited and maintenence was the next process as and when .
I can honestly report my spots disappeared my skin feels great I wouldn't suggest it made a hugh difference on fine lines but the eveness and guality on my skin has come through over 6 month regenerated layers no spots .I also paid out for derologica products and can say its worth the extra expense, I mainly only use intense daily wash creme, intense moisturising creme,and rice exfoliator they go a long way and per monthly cost breakdown, its value in the long run .Im thinking to try Vpl for facial thread veins watch this space !!
