Absolute disgrace, I rang for an appointment with a lump on my tongue that's been there for two months now. I voiced my concern that I'm worried this could be more sinister even stating the concern that this could possibly be cancer, instead of getting a face to face appointment I got put on triage and just from looking at a picture got told to see a pharmacist and if the pharmacist thinks I should go to doctors to ring back tomorrow, well I'm at work tomorrow hence why I rang today. The online medical advice clearly states that if a lump/spot is there for longer than two weeks to contact your GP, what's the expression 'don't wait until it's too late' well I don't have a choice do I. It's a good thing we all pay national insurance so we can all continue to receive no help whatsoever, once again thanks for nothing.

Basically impossible to get an appointment if you work and can't sit there from 8am constantly calling the practice. Tried calling at every point throughout the day for over a week now, between doing my job. It's just the same thing over & over, the queue has reached it's maximum limit, then there are no longer any available appointments for today. There's no wonder A&E departments are so overrun, because people can't get doctors appointments, so they end up just going to A&E because it's the only way to actually see a doctor or nurse. The booking system needs changing, because some of us actually work and can't just sit there from 8am repeatedly calling until we get lucky enough to get through.

I had an appointment for myself after waiting on the phone for 1.5 hours. Got to the practice before my appointment time and the waiting area was empty. For an hour I sat waiting and nobody said anything or told me it would be a bit of a wait. I was there for my mental health as I am really struggling lately. I walked out after an hours wait as I was really becoming irritated.
I had a phone call (which I missed) over an hour after my appointment time to ask why I wasn't still just sat there waiting to be called in. Absolutely disgraceful practice. No notice that I would have a wait and then to be asked why I wasn't still waiting after an hour is unacceptable

Rang today to get an appointment, requested call back. Received a text message link showing me my position in the queue and received a prompt call back, getting an appointment that day. Can't fault the service from the team here. The NHS gets a bad rep, but I've never had anything but positive experiences with this practice. That goes for my whole family.
I know it's tough guys, but keep up the fine work you're all doing! 😊

Diadem medical practice has been my gp for over 3 years now. Only good things i have got to say about this place. Always room for an emergency appointment, doctors/nurses/staff always professional and helpfull on my needs.

Some hospital appointments through gp maybe took a long time to get them, but tgat its on NHS not on the gp itself.

Thank you guys

We have just returned from having our Covid and Flu vaccinations (8/10/24). The organisation at the Diadem surgery was peerless. I failed to make a note of their names, but the nurses carrying out the vaccinations in room 5 were so kind and efficient; thank you!

I rang for an appointment as an out of hours urgent care doctor told me to do. Explained to the receptionist the problem and she told me 'she' didn't feel I needed to be seen that day and would make it for later in the week. Again I explained that the urgent care doctor told me to see my gp, before I could finish what I was saying. She snapped and said right come in this morning then! Very unprofessional
