What an amazing home!
Both my parents went in there last year, my Dad within 24 hours as Hull Royal just pushed him out in a terrible state.
The minute he arrived the kindness and concern from staff was wonderful.
Sadly he died a few months later but he was so well looked after, and managed to share a room with my mum which was all he wanted.
I have not encountered a single member of staff that genuinely hasn't enjoyed working there.
They go way beyond in their kindness and care.
Loads of activities which my mum loves.
The food is great, and she's making the most of it!
I can now be happy that my parents/mum is safe and happy.
Someone stayed with us when Dad took his last breaths and was so kind to us, and especially my mum.
I've had experience of other homes and this one is exceptional!

I have worked for magnolia house for 4 years it is a really nice place to work for. The home is run by the book meaning you know everything is done as it should be. all care staff are amazing and the care is to a very very high standard the home is clean, tidy and well presented the food options are amazing and plenty of choice. walking in on a daily to see the smiling faces of our admin team, we also have a amazing activity team that ensure all residents have a fun enjoyable stay the management team are approachable and will do anything they can to help . all staff are kind hardworking and will do anything for anyone it is nice working for a team that really do care and create new memories

Just recently started a new job at magnolia house and what a warm welcoming a home it is. The staff are always doing their best to ensure the home runs smoothly and the residents are content, happy and cared for and it shines a mile off. I’m glad to be part of such a fantastic team !

I have worked at magnolia house for over 5 years . This home is very welcoming , really hard working staff who always try their best to ensure the residents feel comfortable and happy . We have a good dedicated team . The home its self is very clean and we offer many activities with our great team . The food options are very good and our kitchen staff cater well for individual needs . We provide 24 hour care . And I am very proud to be part of the team .

I have worked at magnolia house for coming up to two years. All the staff are kind and go the extra mile for the wellbeing of the clients who live at magnolia. It is a very friendly residential home and we welcome everyone and treat everyone with the respect that they deserve.
The Managment of magnolia house are approachable with any help or concerns and work to the best of there ability to ensure that all staff,clients,and families are happy. We all work as part of a team and will always help each other.
Our clients are happy within themselves and enjoy our day to day activities with our amazing activities coordinators. The clients enjoy all meals that are prepared by our amazing kitchen staff and they are really good they cater for special dietary requirements.
Our maintenence team are fantastic and they are dedicated to ensure our clients have a nice home and everything is safe within there home they come out when they have finished there shifts no matter how big or small the issue is within the home.

I would just like to say on behalf of myself and my family thank you to the staff for taking care of our dear mum Maisie Tatterson in the 4 years she was in their care. She passed away 2 days ago in hospital and all she wanted to do was go back to Magnolia. You made her so welcome and cared for all her needs. Thank you so much 🌹🌻🌼🌷

My nan (Ann) was only in magnolia house 3 months before she passed away but the care all the staff gave my nan was amazing they always gave her dignity, respect and a high quality of care you brought us sunshine in our darkest days nothing at all was to much trouble. You always brought a smile to nans face she loved you all. As a family we can not thank you enough for all you have done for us throughout these 3 months you are all a credit to magnolia house and we would not off got through these tough times without you
