If I could give 0 starts I would, long story short I’ve raised a formal complaint after multiple issues over several years, obviously every inappropriate comment I stated was ignored not one reply to any & to top it off I’ve just got the results of a blood test in 2023 in the complaint letter that the GP never made me aware of, on top of this clearly documenting visits incorrectly, ignoring what I said, saying I refused tests that were NEVER offered to me, saying I refused a referral which was NEVER suggested, saying I would manage the symptoms myself and I didn’t need their help! LIES!LIES!LIES! They told me to get on with it on my own, finally saying I was offered an appointment but chose A&E you fail to say that appointment was 4/5 week away & I had very bad CHEST pain NOT left breast pain as you’ve documented, incompetent is an understatement, yes I will be replying to this complaint with an accurate account of what happened & YES I’ll be contacting the medical ombudsman & PALS for advice
YOIR A DISGRACE TO THE MEDICAL PROFESSION!!!

This surgery has decided to charge fines to anyone from the community who parks in spaces when the Dr’s is closed. Shocking display of community spirit, taking money from hard working locals when the spaces are of no use to either the staff or patients.

I am absolutely amazed!
This is the best surgery I have been registered with so far. The receptionists are super nice, listening what you are saying, don’t interrupt and it’s easy to get an appointment within 2 days of ringing.
I even received a call back from them to check how’s my treatment going and if I need a further appointment.
After terrible past experiences, this is the first time I am actually looking forward to visiting my GP! 🙂

Used to think it was a good drs till today tried to get a drs appointment and receptionist told me to go to hospital instead of making me an appointment
I do not think my symptoms are not that bad to need hospital and i did not realise receptionists are actually drs moonlighing as receptionists

I am third party for my mum who has Alzheimer's so I deal with all her doctor/medical needs. Kippax hall are amazing! I wish they were my doctors! Nothing is ever too much trouble, they look after her so well and are a great support to me in her ongoing care. I used to be with Butt hill, who had been our family doctors for all my life! Kippax hall are equally as good if not better. Highly recommended!

Best Dr surgery I've used, they give you an appointment when needed. They call when they say they will and all the staff are really nice too like they actually want to be there and help you.

I have been a customer if many years and find them very helpful and kind. Any requests I have e made have been satisfactory dealt with. Please remember the receptionists have no choice but to ask you whats wrong so they can get you the best appointment nessasary.
