Brilliant place. I had an ultrasound scan there in October. My appointment was on time and the radiologist and the nurse were both very reassuring, friendly and professional. Free parking and plenty of spaces.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received on [date], regarding the exam scheduled for 3:10 PM.

I arrived early at 2:30 PM and checked in using the available panel. After waiting for over an hour, at 3:30/3:40 PM, I asked the receptionist about the delay. However, due to my limited English skills, I believe there was a miscommunication, and I understood that there were general delays. I kept waiting.

The receptionist, who saw me waiting, said nothing to clarify the situation. Finally, at 4:20 PM, another staff member came to check why I had been waiting so long and informed me that my exam had been rescheduled for the next day without any prior notice.

This lack of consideration caused me to miss my class and prevented me from arriving at work on time, seriously affecting my responsibilities. I do not have the availability to adjust my schedule whenever it suits your team.

I expect an immediate follow-up to resolve this situation and to reschedule my exam at a time that does not interfere with my commitments. Additionally, I hope measures will be taken to avoid similar issues in the future.

This is a brilliant hub for diagnostics. It is easy to get to and parking is easy. You may have to wait a short while but really not long at all. Great staff. This is always my preference given a choice!

Absolutely marvellous treatment from a fantastic team that provides all the calm, friendliness and efficiency you could hope for. Totally painless needles? Whod'a' thunk it? Not me until I was referred there! And now I know where my good vein is and have no more painful jab-tests.
