Very slow the person I seen had 20 min between clients I was there for 90 mins and only 2 before me and he was not very helpful or kind and he had a very bad attitude I think he's should find a different job it's not my fault I had to come here but he blamed me me saying I should know better

Very unfriendly central appoints telephonist Angela. Sounded lined to be taking the call at all. argued with everything I said and didn't want to give me an appointment. finally said she would have to phone the clinic and get them to call me.

The complete opposite to the lovely front desk receptionists and staff at the clinic.

There seem to be a lot of reviews about how unfriendly this central appointment line that cant even make appointments

Kindness itself from the nurse to the consultant. I was in an absolute mess and everyone at the clinic were kind, sympathetic and gentle. For the first time in a year and a half I felt listened to and cared about. I can't recommend this clinic highly enough and I will be forever grateful to them for finally putting me on the long road to recovery.

I mean they did what I came there for thankly, at one point I was low-key scared . The servcie was so unfriendly and uncomfortable. The staff at reception was pretending as if she couldn’t pronounce my name with a weird smirk on her face( I have the simplest name ever). Whilst her colleague was in the corner giving me some defensive look.
one staff lied unnecessarily; I was meant to be getting a blood test and she couldn’t find a vein so I suggested if there is finger prick available to collect blood that way( as that’s what I use when I order the home kit). She then proceeded to say that you can’t use the blood from a finger for test (that’s all she said with an intense look on her face). Excuse me, make it make sense isn’t it the same blood, anyways in that moment I just kept quiet and asked for a new appointment. I got home cancelled my appointment and ordered myself a home test kit.
I understand Sussex aren’t use to seeing people that don’t look like them but my gosh didn’t realise it was this bad…..

They do their job I guess that’s the important thing.

Went here for the first time today to have my implant removed and a new one put in. The reception staff are all helpful and friendly. The nurse i saw was very lovely and made me feel at ease, she told me everything she was doing and was very helpful.

Very helpful nurses at the clinic, especially from Bee and Belinda, who have been very helpful to me; they have always given me the right advice on what to do and have always been there for me if I had any worries or concerns. I had appointment at the clinic a few months ago for a review and everything was all positive and perfect - I am so relieved that I can go out and do social activities with my friends as I wasn’t able to do that before; thank you for being a great clinic - very good service; especially from Thea and Glenda, the receptionists; thank you for being so lovely and welcoming. I would recommend this clinic to friends and family as you have got some nice nurses. Thank you very much for everything - your kindness is very much appreciated ☺️

I have failed to get an appointment here for 4 days now. 1st day I rang too late in the day. 2nd day I rung 4 times and didn’t get through on any. 3rd day my husband rung them up at the exact time they told him they open and by the time he got through they said there were no more appointments. 4th day, he rung 3 times, first two he got through the line then got dial tone and it hung up. 3rd time he finally got through to be told they have no more appointments and actually open 10 minutes earlier than he was previously told. We have also been told to just “ring back later” despite them having no more appointments left as they may “decide to open it up again”. Ridiculous system and very frustrating when you have complications from a contraceptive implant and can’t even get an initial phone call conversation in order to get it taken out.

This clinic has been my go to for check ups over the years and Friday I got an ius inserted. The staff were so lovely and accommodating, I'm grateful for their hospitality. I recommend anyone who needs a check up, birth control or questions answered to go here. Be patient and a wait is worth it.
