Have been trying to get a appointment, what a waste of time that is. The urologist that I saw at the dgh in Eastbourne. Has said that my symptoms may be neurological and has emailed my Dr saying that it would be advisable to try and put me on medication for this. Surely it is the job of the Dr to contact me to discuss this, instead of me chasing them up. What a shambles this practice is

I really appreciate the doctor I saw today. She was very kind, understanding and knowledgeable, whilst giving helpful advice. She took her time with me and she really went above and beyond. I struggle communicating with Dr's and get very anxious and stressed at appointments, and I have never felt as comfortable as I did with her. I felt listened to and understood and she was incredibly thorough. Dr ADEGBOLA is a legend. Thankyou so much for your help today.

I have been trying ti get an appointment but the phone wait is so long that when I eventually get through they say that they are full. Which total idiot thought up this stupid over complicated system. 3 days Thursday Friday and Monday and system full when I finally get through. What has happened to this practice it seen more like a third world setup that something we previously had. Today I got through to the reception who said that they were full even though all I wanted was to speak to the diabetic nurse as he asked me to, but jobsworth has a set of rules and wouldn't even listen.

Very disappointed - keep testing me for UTI when clearly I don't have one - been in pain for more than 3 months can't see anyone! They can't think out of the box that might be something else rather than UTI! Rude staff over the phone - thinking of complaining officially!

Been having severe health issues which warrior square has parred off for close to 8 months now. They’ll tell you they will do something then they will ignore you. Been asking them for months to refer me to gastro (like they said they was going to) but never happens. Been experiencing hair loss for 4 years now, constantly going to warrior square concerned about the hair loss… they kept ignoring me, only testing my blood and saying “it’s fine” turns out I actually have androgenic alopecia and all the hair I’ve lost whilst BEGGING warrior square to do their job probably wont grow back even with medication. I’ve spent 2 years since being diagnosed with epilepsy asking warrior square to sign my prescription exemption (they still haven’t) yet getting told off for not taking my epilepsy meds? This surgery is disgusting. DO NOT REGISTER HERE. I’ll be glad once I can find somewhere else to go. That’s if I don’t die from this mystery chronic condition the doctors refuse to refer me for. ID GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS

So disappointed in this practice. Called every day for 5 days and requested the call back which never comes then call again to hear triage is closed. How does anyone get treatment anymore?!!

I have mental health issues and should have regular medication reviews,but can NEVER get an appointment.I get the someone from triage will ring you back,but they never do.If I could give no stars then I would.
