2 of the receptionists were incredibly kind but the other was very grumpy/rude.

I finally got to speak to one of the doctors though (and I was very vulnerable at that point because I was calling due to mental health issues) about 20 minutes ago and she shouted at me. She was SO incredibly rude! I was as respectful as I could be. I was trying to book an emergancy appointment and she was very very confusing and made matters worse. I really regret registering with them.

These guys are fantastic. There are three Doctors in particular (all the guys) and they are so caring and incredibly thorough. It's such a shame that they don't have enough time to spend with their patients.
If it wasn't for two Docs in particular, I would be dead. Three years ago, a certain hospital missed my heart attack and one of these guys checked my blood result (which the discharging hospital Doc didn't) and sent me straight back in. I had my 8 month old with me at the time and he kept me in his room until my partner and the Ambulance came.
My 2 (fave) GPs have both called me many hours after the surgery had closed to see how I am because they were concerned. You cannot beat that.
GPs work ridiculously hard with very little funds. Please understand this before complaining. There are very good Doctors out there but I think these guys are outstanding.

Doctors has reduced the opening hours by a day (no more Saturday). Unable to get an appointment for many weeks when requiring help for a serious matter.
