Reception very helpful and guidance provided to the solution required at the time.
Doctor Johal and his team are exemplary! Of particular note is the availability of out-of-hours appointments one the same day if one cannot be provided in the surgery.

I and my family have been patients here, in the location's various iterations, since the mid-80s.

I have never had a problem getting an appointment which is a rarity these days.
I’ve been seen by trainee doctors but this is always followed up by them consulting with my GP.
I’ve been with the practice many years and always found them to be very caring.

Got spoken to like a child by reception staff i moved from Salford where my prescription was sent automatically when I questioned having to come in to order my prescription is the reception repeated everything as if I was stupid over and over again with a monotone voice not interested just wanted me off the phone every surgery has different rules but training needs to happen because there in the wrong line of work or they hate there job they couldn't give a toss what I was saying

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because sometimes it's difficult to get an appointment and occasionally I've felt like I've not been heard.
I have had to go quite a bit over the past year and most of the time, the reception staff have been extremely helpful and directed me to the right help. I have also seen the training doctors recently, they've been very helpful and thorough which has resulted in a health issue being identified, that can now be dealt with.
I loved the practice when Dr Dhillon was there, and struggled when she left. However I feel the practice is a good place to go.

The worst experience, rude behavior from the reception as well as some of the doctors, I was not offered the necessary appointments for a high-risk pregnancy and they removed my 2-year-old daughter from the computer for no reason.

No parking so this was a struggle, we travelled 30 minutes to have an appointment that lasted under a minute.

The GP was intimidating and did not seem to care. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable and it was like she did not want to be there and I was an inconvenience. My referral clearly wasn’t read properly and it was a completely wasted journey.

The assistant was really lovely and welcomed us in with a smile but I’d never go back here due to the awful experience.

would rate zero if i could. Used to be a great surgery under Dr Dhillion. When doctor Johal took over it went down hill and ultimately me and my husband changed surgeries. Dr johal dismissed me for months, going as far to say I need to stop calling the surgery .. well if you did your job. 1 week into my new surgery and a blood test later.. Dangerously low Folate levels so put on treatment to sort it. My husband was taken off his pain medication and dismissed for years. New surgery.. MRI booked straight in.. guess what.. Psoriatic arthritis and is now under rheumatology.

If I could give a zero star I would. I have only had 4 interactions with them and 3 have been awful. Firstly they created an appointment for us for my child’s vaccinations then when we got there we were told the nurse was on holiday, I tried to book an appointment for an asthma check up I was told no one was in so I would have to wait a month, now we have been called to tell us we are too far away for the doctor to come and see us. We live 2 minutes away, apparently he is too lazy to drive to us or call us back. The receptionist made it clear she didn’t care, would not answer any questions. We have requested to move to a proper doctors. Would not recommend unless you are happy with complete incompetence
