I rang this morning, after having problems with the NHS App. The lady I spoke to Marianne was very helpful. She was very cheerful and only too happy to help.

When the GP and other medical staff can't do their jobs properly and you are the one ringing round doing their job for the past week, then they still refuse a child there ADHD meds.... Central surgery is a joke, the NHS is a joke!!!!

My wife and I have had cause to use this surgery on 5 occasions over the past 3 years and the service has been amazing. Prompt and thorough attention from caring staff. Cannot understand so many poor reviews it has not been our experience at all.

Unacceptable, in pain with lower back, first appointment available is 8 days. I would call this a joke but I can't as I'm in pain. I thought the NHS had a duty of care but obviously not. They will probably say its a problem with the junior doctos being on stike, absurd they should get back to work and help out the people who pay there wages.

Absolutely abysmal...
The appointment system is an absolute joke... it doesn't always work and not always available... and then they is not available slots.. So you waste 35 minutes trying to ring through to get assistance... they don't want to know... try to get you off the line asap so they can jump to the next caller and disappoint them too. So it's an endless loop of going around and around - web site/phone/website... it feels like nobody cares or try's to fix it. Even their "how to book an online appointment" video doesn't even work.
My wife is 81, diagnosed with Alzheimer's and I can't get any assistance or book an appointment. Totally frustrated!

I've seen Alex W several times now and he is methodological and through. I've always been able to get an appointment but this new system works really well for me. Brilliant service.

Cut my thumb deeply this morning. An hour later it was still bleeding heavily so I phoned up hoping someone could look at it and hopefully put a couple of stitches in. Waited thirty minutes to get through on the phone only to be told "We don't do stitches here".

What kind of doctors surgery dosen't do the basics such as a couple of stitches any more?
What happened to paitent care?
I got told in a very guff manner to go to Hull or Scunthorpe hospitals and find someone there to look at it.

I have only asked for support from this surgery twice and each time got nowhere.
I have to say in my entire long life this is the worst surgery I have ever known. No wonder people are losing faith in the NHS.

Currently on my fifth heavy duty plaster and wrapped in cling film to stop the blood getting everywhere.
