Had my spa 9 months now. I bought 2 person azalea with foam insulation. They did me a good deal on it. It has been switched on at temperature since it got fitted. Leccy prices have dropped since I bought it, and my bills have came down. It isn't costing much to run. I haven't needed any after service as such, but north spas have rang more than once to see if I needed anything. A lot of online spas are Chinese made and effectively drop shipped to your door, and they're still a couple of grand. All of north spas are American made and you've got after service support if you need it. Well worth spending a little bit more.
