I have been using the Sauna & Cold Plunge for months now, the Sauna is very relaxing and can get very hot when you add water to the coals! The Cold Plunge is always set to 3 degrees so I worked my way up starting at 30 seconds then up to 3 minutes. The temperature can be made warmer though! I’ve had catch ups with friends here and solo sessions for recovery from training/niggles and just as a little reset every now and again…ALWAYS leave feeling amazing.

The sauna and ice bath facilities at Hot and Cold Therapy NE have become a non negotiable part of my routine. I always leave feeling amazing.
The sauna uses water on coals so you can control the temperature very easily and it gets hot quickly if you want it. Ice bath is aways spotless and again, temperature can be controlled easily. You can also hook your own music up to the speaker which I love.
There’s shower facilities and plenty of on-site parking which makes it very convenient. Fantastic place to kill an hour!

Lovely private space, clean, very relaxing and perfect for some post training rest, relaxation & recovery.

Brilliant facilities for recovery, sauna is using coals and water so easy to adjust temperature to your liking. Cold plunge is also digital so easy to set it to your required temperature.
Extremely clean and very friendly staff, located in a mma gym so great for recovery sessions immediately after training

Great sauna using coals so easy to add water to increase and "embrace the heat". Managed to work my way upto 90 seconds in the cold water plunge. Really good for recovery, will definitely be going again.
