.Useless.

Called today at 8.20am for an appointment, spoke to Karen. No appointments. She asked my symptoms. I told her she repeated no appointments call again tomorrow. Explained my only day off is Thursday, can't what to. Do now? No phone consultations? No... Told to call 111 or apply via online form to be seen by doc... Go online and turns out it's an app. Download app accept permissions, give my ID... Do a video confirming my identity... Hand out my mobile, email, address etc etc... Turns out it takes 24 hours to accept... It took 6. I signed on and the app says... No appointments. Pic attached. Called 111 and a twenty minute wait before I hung up called again later and message says extremely high number of calls... Well of course.. Doctors aren't seeing patients and receptionists are acting like this? Of course it's jam packed.

Coldharbour are a joke.

Complaint going in over the weekend.

I have never had any trouble getting an appointment .
If they are full they will do thier upmost to find an alternative appointment for you.
Receptionists are friendly and helpful especially Sandy ! She goes way and beyond to help the patients.
I would highly recommend this Surgery.

This is now Everest partnership. Took the day off from work to see a gp. Called at 8am, waited on the line 20 mins to be told no appointments are available. I asked what time I am supposed to call to get an appointment…they said 8am!!!! I never go to the doctor unless it’s urgent, this is my gp pratice, I pay taxes for this and they are absolutely useless! What’s the point of having a gp that can’t see its own Patients

I see alot of negative comments but my personal opinion is I have had nothing but help from reception to nurse and to my favorate doctor baksh. I joined the surgery when I was 26 and I'm nearly 50 now and never had issues with the staff or the doctors. I sometimes think in some cases people expect more than that's possible from the surgery and need to realise that they can only do what's humanly possible and to have respect and patients (pardon the pun) with them or anyone else you will normaly get more help and as I say this is only for certain people not all.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS DOCTORS SURGERY. YOU WILL NOT GET SEEN!! Im not sure what the issue is here, but I have been with this surgery for the past 8 months and I am now looking for somewhere else. Not only can you not get an appointment but the staff are extremely rude. They have a ridiculous policy in place that states that you must call after 2.30pm for any same day appointments yet when you call they NEVER have any appointments, even when you explain that you have a serious medical condition. The last time I tried to book I was the first person in the queue at 2.30pm, I waited over 45 mins for them to answer and then I was still told they do not have any appointments. Honestly this place is not worth your time. If you are looking for a decent doctors surgery go to Eltham Palace Surgery, they are helpful, you will get seen and most importantly THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!!!

EDIT: Just to make anybody that is reading this aware. This surgery has now been referred to the NHS commissioner for an internal investigation into booking practices. For any more information please feel free to email me on the email address provided.
