This establishment is barely fit for purpose. The service is extremely slow.. especially the lady at reception, doesn't appear to act with any purpose.

They choose to ignore the phone, so you aren't able to call and discuss your medication, or if they are ready to collect. One day I called 54 times, it constantly went to an answering machine message. I was forced to go to the actual Pharmacy to speak with them directly.

I understand that they may be busy, but simply not answering the phone is completely unacceptable.

I don’t understand what kind of service you guys run over there. But one day you are going to cause an emergency because of the lack of sensitivity around answering the telephones. If you don’t intend on picking calls then take the number off!!! Or better still shut the pharmacy down. I called you guys more than 20 TIMES TODAY! because of an emergency which prevented me from coming there to pick up my prescription but no one picked up!! Now just put yourself in my shoes!! This is horrible! Your service is horrible!! And I think soon you will realise that no one will send their prescriptions there

1 went here, directed by the 111 service.
The staff were extremely helpful, but the male pharmacist refused to deal with me. Very brusque abd unsympathetic- just kept saying they were too busy to deal with 111 cases, despite the fact I was in a lot of pain. I was sent to another pharmacy along the road - they were sympathetic, but said they could not deal with me, as their manager was on holiday - he is apparently the only one with access to 111 data.
An awful experience, made worse by being in pain and the attitude of the male pharmacist

If you need a pharmacy, PLEASE DON'T COME TO THIS PLACE. very slowly service. The team is not professional. Basically, if you need one collection, this gonna take
Your time is more than 40 minutes, but if the place is busy, you probably need to cancel all your plans for the rest of the day. It's gonna take a long time to be done.
Let's say them don't care about you! Unfortunately. And good luck
Try another place . It is my best advantage for you.

Rushed home from my 9-6 job and arrived ten minutes before closing as needed a desperate prescription and they were inside but wouldn’t let me in. Really disappointing, please advise as to how I can collect a prescription if I can’t rely on the closing hours?

Super bad attention, super unfriendly, rude, poorly educated, arrogant and especially the woman who works there if she can be called this person, one of my worst experiences in this pharmacy with the worst customer service.

I do not recommend this pharmacy at all, as there may be people like them who do not care if people are sick.

Today, September 15 at 3:50 p.m. I was there and I asked them about a specific medicine that the hospital doctor prescribed for me and they gave me another different medicine and then there was a woman who attends the pharmacy.
And not only that but I do not make a person and people like that should not have a job of these who have to provide a service to the community. The worst service to the community.

I think the NHS should take action on the matter We don't want people like that by giving the community a service.

Very very slow waiting times, no sense of urgency. All staff seem bored and are very unwilling to help with very blunt answers. I was left sobbing in tears with the way one of the pharmacists spoke to me after refusing to let me in to collect my medication even though I had arrived before closing time, they are so slow they couldn't get through the queue fast enough. I had to go home for Christmas the next day and was without my medication until I could return to collect it 3 weeks later. Terrible terrible service and I will not be using this chemist again.

Shop’s cramped, yes, but in a very convenient location. The staff have always been nice to me when I’ve gone, making sure my repeat prescriptions are ready.
