I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this GP practice. I waited in the phone queue for over an hour to book an appointment, only to be disconnected. The administrative staff need to take accountability for serious matters, but this doesnā€™t seem to be a priority.

One staff member, Shima, was particularly rude . I requested to speak to the practice manager two days ago and have yet to receive a callback.

After being a patient here for over 15 years, this level of service is unacceptable. I wouldnā€™t recommend this GP practice to anyoneā€”not even my worst enemy! Itā€™s a shame to see such a decline in quality.

Iā€™m not usually a person that takes time of their day to write a bad review but in this occasion I believe this is the only way they could hear my frustration. Iā€™ve been trying for a week to get an appointment for my dad after I sent a request on the new Evergreen App, I specifically gave my dadā€™s contact as I would be out for work. They decided to call me 4 times on my personal number instead of the patients number.
Every time I try to make an appointment thereā€™s about 30 or more people in the line, so I have to be on the phone before 8am to try to be at least one of the first ones.
I donā€™t know any one the receptionists names but Iā€™m telling you thereā€™s about 1 or 2 people that are kind enough and want to helpā€¦

I feel completely ripped off by this GP. I had an appointment with the doctor as i needed a GP letter for an urgent matter. I went on Friday i wrote down on the form what they should write in the GP letter. They said said to me the letter will be ready on Tuesday to collect. I went on Tuesday there was no letter to collect and they had to book another appointment on the same day to write the bogus letter. Even when i was explaining to the doctor what to write he didn't listen to me or seemed to care and just wanted my money at the end of the day. I feel like this is very unprofessional especially when they agreed to do something and didn't do it why can't you stick to your word and and stop making things difficult I can't understand. When I called the receptionist on the phone he was even laughing at me all because I asked for a doctors note...useless people.

I am shocked by the service I received. I received a call and returned it, but the man answering the phone was extremely rude and impolite, not even letting me speak or explain what had happened. There are people who are unemployed and looking for an opportunity to work at the NHS ā€“ if you are unhappy, LEAVE and give the place to someone who truly wants to work.
The call took place on 17/12/2024 at 11:33 am.

If you care at all about your patients, please avoid this type of behavior from your staff.!!!

There is a young man at the reception who is extremely rude. This afternoon he has yelled at me when I asked for approval to activate my NHS app (as the app requested me to seek for help at my local GP). This rudeness and yelling is constant since this guy joined the reception team. I ended up putting a formal complaint against him now. Luckily, the rest of the reception team is lovely and Dr Olivia is one of the best doctors I ever had (thatā€™s why the 2 stars).

The receptionist doesnā€™t know what theyā€™re doing! Very rude! Had me waiting for the nurse only to tell me they canā€™t provide the service I need even though I was booked in. They were not helpful at all! They all need to be trained again or removed from the practice until they have knowledge of the service they do and donā€™t provide.

I want to give thanks and praise to the receptionist Marsha. I always give a sigh of relief whenever she is the one to answer my call because I know I'm going to get a helpful service.
Last week was no exception. Marsha went out of her way to help me track what had happened with my hospital scan referral. She tried several strategies to try and get the info I needed and eventually when the hospital responded to her email, she rang me back to inform me before she finished her shift.
Thank you Marsha - you're great at your job!
A couple of others in the reception team are good too (but I don't know their names).
